When we brought Ashlyn home from the hospital (a year ago today), we introduced Remington to her as we first walked through the door. We use to keep him in the laundry room with a baby gate up. So as you can see, he jumped up on the baby gate for his usual happy greet, but soon had a not so sure look on his face, ears back and down and didn't particularly want to get too close to the new "thing" we were carrying. Well, a year has gone by and this is what he and the not-so-sure "thing" have grown to become...

Today. Buddies.
I'm pretty sure he's happy she's here now. What more could a dog want than a buddy to look outside with????

Awwwwww.....hee hee. That's so cute!! Blake and Hannah were gettin' close together for the first time today too. She actually came and crawled up close to him and put her head down right next to his lap to pet her. She's never done that. I couldn't get a picture but I hope she does that again soon. So cute!!
