Our Little Consoler

We got a new fence this week and all of the hammering just worried Remi to death. He'd pace, bark, look out the windows and then look at me like 'don't you know there's people in our backyard making all kinds of racket?' Even Ashlyn would listen to the banging and then look at me and go "UH-OH", like she wanted to let me know something just wasn't right. I kept reassuring them everything was okay. But, after watching Remi nervously pace around and around Ashlyn went to him and gave him about 10 big hugs... like it's okay buddy, don't worry. pat.pat. haha. It was so cute.
