Butterfly Flutterfly

We recently went to a butterfly garden exhibit with Ella.

The girls were given broom sticks with a chunk of watermelon on the end

to attract the butterflies.

It was kinda neat. Just kinda. Nothing spectacular really.

But the girls had fun.

I think the free sno-cone sample at the end

was just as big of a hit. : )

I always love that Ella is so brave and adventurous

she's the only one that can get Ashlyn to do such things as this.

Of course, Ashlyn is holding on for dear life

and Ella is a giddy-up-go-to-town kinda girl.

She's wonderful like that!! : )

Then we did a little shopping before we headed home.

A little butterfly looking, a little sno-cone eating,

a little longhorn riding and a little hat shopping.

A complete day
