Okay, ready to make Diva Shoes for all of the little Diva's on your Christmas list?!
This is what you need:
Cutesy Croc-like shoes. Wal-Mart and Target have all colors.... some tulle and of course, sparkles. Oh, yeah, and the Hot Glue Gun.
Tie the tulle into a bow, cut across the top and feather out. Add sparkles anywhere you like and TA-DAAA!A GREAT Gift!
I came up with this idea after seeing some in a store. They did not have any sparkles and the tulle was just tied in a bow...
