there's unlimited free tea
it's best to come on your thirstiest days.

20 cups of served tea is not uncommon in one sitting.

sometimes the tea is then followed by lemonade and chocolate milk.

come to think about it, don't drink for days in advance.

coming dehydrated is the only way to come.

Cupcakes are unlimited too.

so please don't be on a diet when you visit.

furry friends are welcome.

a doggie door and yard is provided.

watch out for the kitty though.

you may not see her

but she is there.

her name is sparkle.

i can't seem to find her

but Cupcake Ashlyn will be sure to help you spot her.

she apparently loves to be patted on the head.

and watch out, she sleeps in your bed.

but again, you may not notice.
